For Amazon sellers
Amazon inventory management software that knows what your stock is worth
Upload your Seller Central reports and see every SKU's units, inventory value, inventory cost, days of cover and profit in one place — with alerts before a bestseller runs out.
What you get
Every listing in one searchable table
Search and sort your active listings by SKU, ASIN, title, price, quantity, fulfillment channel, condition or status. Any column can be sorted, and column widths drag to fit your catalog.
Units, inventory value and inventory cost
Your dashboard totals sellable units, values stock at current list price, and shows what it cost you — units × the product cost on record for each SKU. SKUs with no cost recorded show as “—”, never as zero.
Days of inventory, not just units left
Each SKU gets days of inventory from your recent sales velocity, so 40 units selling 20 a week is treated differently from 40 units selling nothing. Your low-stock threshold and velocity window are yours to set.
Low-stock, stockout and out-of-stock alerts
Skus at or below your threshold, heading for a stockout, or already out appear as separate alerts with the calculation behind each one. Review, snooze, dismiss or resolve, and get the important ones by email.
Profit per SKU, not just units moved
Contribution profit is worked out per SKU from Amazon's net proceeds minus the product cost in effect on each sale's date, so restocking decisions and margin decisions come from the same numbers.
Upload reports, don't retype them
Drop in your Amazon Active Listings, Amazon Fulfilled Inventory, Orders and Transactions reports. Margin Copilot reads the columns to identify each file, and re-uploading updates records instead of duplicating them.
How it works
01
Download your reports
Pull Active Listings and Amazon Fulfilled Inventory from Seller Central, plus Orders and Transactions when you want sales and profit figures. No renaming or reformatting.
02
Upload them as they are
Each file is recognised by its columns and imported to the right place — up to 50 MB, CSV or TXT, several at once.
03
Work the alerts
Open the dashboard for stock and value, or the Action Center for what needs a decision today, sorted by what matters most.
Common questions
- Can I link my Amazon Seller account directly?
- Not yet — direct Amazon Seller account linking is being worked on. For now, download your Seller Central reports and upload them as they are; Margin Copilot identifies each file automatically. No account is needed, and we haven't announced a release date.
- Does it work for FBA and FBM?
- Yes. Fulfillment channel is kept on every listing, and your Amazon Fulfilled Inventory report brings in FBA sellable and unsellable units separately from your own stock.
- Do I need to rename or prepare my files?
- No. Upload the files exactly as Seller Central gives them. The report type is detected from the columns inside.
- Will it change anything in my Amazon account?
- No. Margin Copilot only reads reports you download and upload. It never writes to Seller Central, so nothing you import can alter a listing, price or shipment.
- What does it cost?
- Thirty days free, then $19 a month or $190 a year. No card is needed to start, and your data stays if you stop.
- How often is inventory updated?
- Whenever you upload. Data stays as current as your last report, and alerts pause when the data is too old to act on.
