About the service

Margin Copilot is operated by My-Hat, LLC. By using the service, you agree to these terms. Margin Copilot provides business reporting tools, not accounting, tax, investment or legal advice. You are responsible for checking your source data and business decisions.

Your account and data

Keep your login secure and use only data you are authorized to upload. You retain ownership of your reports and business data. Do not abuse the service, attempt unauthorized access or use it unlawfully. Contact support@margincopilot.com to request account deletion.

Subscriptions and trials

Pro costs $19/month or $190/year in USD, plus applicable taxes shown at checkout. Eligible accounts receive one 30-day trial. A payment method is required. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before the next billing date. Paddle is our merchant of record and handles payments, taxes, receipts and payment-method management.

Cancel through Billing → Manage subscription. You keep access until the current trial or paid period ends. Monthly and annual plan changes apply immediately with proration, shown before confirmation. Changing plans does not create a new trial. Access continues during payment retries; it ends when the provider cancels the subscription or an applicable access grant expires.

Availability and changes

We aim to keep the service available, but cannot guarantee uninterrupted operation or the accuracy of uploaded information. To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided as available without additional warranties. We may suspend access for misuse or security reasons. Material changes to these terms or subscription pricing will be communicated before they apply. Nothing here limits rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded.
